First Ever Colorado Marijuana Vending Machine…Right

A Colorado company has introduced the first-ever marijuana vending machine, which will soon be put to use at a dispensary in Eagle-Vail, Colo. The so-called Zazz machine was produced by Stephen Shearin’s company, American Green, and was delivered to the Herbal Elements dispensary Friday. The dispensary debuted the machine to the public outside Montana’s Smokehouse barbecue restaurant in Avon on Friday.





Ryan Nerz Named Fusion Chief Cannabis Correspondent Gnarly

Fusion, the startup cabler run by ABC News and Univision, has named journalist Ryan Nerz as its chief cannabis correspondent.
Given the spread of legalized marijuana availability in the U.S., Nerz will cover the growing market for pot, examining economic and cultural impact of the shift in public policy. As a contributor to Fusion’s digital and TV platforms, Nerz will explore all aspects of cannabis culture and the business it is generating as states such as Colorado legalize its sale for recreational use.
Nerz has written for NPR, Esquire and cabler History. He’s reported extensively on marijuana issues as the author of “Marijuanamerica: One Man’s Quest to Understand America’s Dysfunctional Love Affair with Weed” and “Eat This Book: A Year of Gorging and Glory on the Competitive Eating Circuit.”

State Of Washington Voters Legalize Smoking Pot As Health Care Cost Is Redistributed, You May Be A Low Information Voter

The crowds of happy people lighting joints under Seattle’s Space Needle early Thursday morning with nary a police officer in sight bespoke the new reality: Marijuana is legal under Washington state law. When the clock struck, they cheered and sparked up in unison. A few dozen people gathered on a sidewalk outside the north Seattle headquarters of the annual Hempfest celebration and did the same, offering joints to reporters and blowing smoke into television news cameras. “I feel like a kid in a candy store!” shouted Hempfest volunteer Darby Hageman.

 Smoking pot in Washington State goes into effect  as health care cost spriral out of control. If you are a  kid in the candy store and voted in the  legalization of smoking  pot……you may be a low information voter.
