CNN Continues Its Mission of Witness Exploitation

July 18, 2013

CNN’s Piers Morgan followed Anderson Cooper‘s bombshell interview with an anonymous Zimmerman trial juror tonight with an exclusive chat with the witness everyone has been waiting to hear from since the verdict came down: Trayvon Martin‘s friend Rachel Jeantel.
Jeantel, who created a media firestorm with her highly-polarizing testimony towards the beginning of the trial, appeared on Piers Morgan Live alongside her attorney. She described her reaction to Zimmerman’s acquittal as “disappointed, upset and angry” and called the jury’s assessment of what happened “just B.S.”

Sandy Hook Survivor Jill Doe Suing The State $100M For Trauma Created Through The Airwaves

December 29, 2012

A New Haven attorney is asking permission to sue the state for $100 million on behalf of a student who survived the mass shooting at a Newtown school.
Pinsky said the 6-year-old student, identified as “Jill Doe,” was in her classroom at Sandy Hook Elementary School on Dec. 14 when “the horrific confrontation” with Adam Lanza came over the loudspeaker. Lanza killed 20 first grade students and six adult staffers at the school before killing himself. Pinsky said the student has been traumatized by the killings, and accused the state of failing to protect students from “foreseeable harm.”

Creepy CNN Interviewing Children At The Scene Of A Crime Drama Over Trauma

December 15, 2012

Why are news networks interviewing terrified children?

It’s a question many are asking after the horrific school shooting in Newtown, Conn. that killed at least 20 children and perhaps seven adults. The entire country is in shock, network news reporters included — but that’s no excuse for interviewing small children who may be badly traumatized. The fact is, there’s almost never a journalistic reason to interview kids, especially those who are likely in shock. Children don’t tend to be the most eloquent witnesses. And they aren’t supposed to be. They’re children. But especially today it feels bizarre, exploitive and just plain stupid to put microphones in the faces of young witnesses, even if their parents — also likely to be in shock — agree to interviews in the moment. It’s dramatic, sure. But protecting children from further stress and trauma should take precedence over drama.

CNN Ratings Continue To Plummet, Lowest Ratings In 20 Years, Airport Strategy Not Working

May 31, 2012

The news just went from bad to worse at CNN. After the cable news network delivered its lowest-rated month in total viewers in over a decade in April, May became CNN’s worst month in primetime among total viewers in over 20 years. From April 30 to May 27, the cable news network attracted an average of 389,000 viewers in primetime. It was also CNN’s second-lowest-rated month in primetime among the 25-54 demographic (114,000) since October 1991. Only May 2000, with 104,000 viewers in the demo, did worse.

CNN’s New Show With Eliot Spitzer “Client #9” Meeting Expectations

October 8, 2010

It’s a ho-down.

The Manhattan madam who supplied hooker-happy former New York Governor Eliot Spitzer a slew of high priced call girls has labeled his new CNN primetime show a bore – “just like he was in bed”.

“I really found Spitzer to be very boring,” buxom madam Kristin Davis exclusively told RadarOnline.com.

“That is sort of synonymous of what the girls told me about him in bed, that he was boring, so I guess the expectations were met.”

In A Cry For Help, CNN Hires Client #9 To Help Pull CNN #11 Out of Ratings Basement

June 25, 2010

Basement-rated CNN announced yesterday that disgraced former New York Governor Eliot Spitzer and “conservative” columnist Kathleen Parker will co-host a new political talk show at 8 p.m.  CNN in an attempt to increase ratings has hired an admitted john and sex trafficker.

Eliot Spitzer, aka “Client No. 9,” broke numerous state and federal laws, but has never taken responsibility for his actions, nor shown any real remorse. The once-dreaded “Sheriff of Wall Street” was reduced to droning his resignation in front of a microphone while his long-suffering, grim-lipped wife looked on. Spitzer is a “john” who solicited and had sex with prostitutes for years while he was attorney general and governor of New York. He also laundered money to avoid getting caught paying the prostitutes’ escort services.

Furthermore, Spitzer broke federal laws in human sex trafficking and the Mann Act when he paid Ashley Dupré to travel to Washington, D.C. to have sex with him. In fact, U.S. Attorney Michael Garcia said, “on multiple occasions, Mr. Spitzer arranged for women to travel from one state to another state to engage in prostitution.”

The best part of Spitzers new gig is the fact we will probably see more pictures of Ashley Dupre the bimbo whore, unfamiliar with who was  the Governor of New York..
