Paul Simon made the 911 call that led to the arrests last week of him and his wife, singer Edie Brickell, on disorderly conduct charges, according to a police report.The police report indicates that Brickell, 48, and Simon, 72, became physical with each other Saturday during an argument inside a cottage on their New Canaan property that houses a recording studio. Brickell told officers she confronted her husband after he did something to “break her heart,” according to police, but she did not provide any details.
